- Register in the ARMA Connect Portal by March 1, 2024.
- Sign up with Circular Materials as your producer responsibility organization. Contact us to request an agreement.
Contact us with questions regarding the registration process.
To be exempt under the Regulation, you must be:
- A charitable organization as defined in the Charitable Fund-raising Act; or
- Any other producer with annual gross revenue in Alberta less than the threshold specified by the bylaws; or
- Any other producer with annual gross revenue in Alberta greater than the revenue threshold specified by the bylaws but who supply less than the designated material threshold amounts specified by the bylaws.
