Recycling Program Transition
Circular Materials will manage the Township of Schreiber’s recycling program as of July 1, 2024. This transition will not impact recycling collection frequency and accepted materials.

Be recycle ready
- Curbside recycling pickup takes place on the last Thursday of every month.
- Place recycling at the curb by 7am on your collection day.
- Sort your recyclables before placing them in your transparent bags. Place paper/cardboard materials in bag #1 and containers in bag #2.
- Flatten, bundle, and break down cardboard boxes to save space on recycling. If your cardboard is too large for plastic bags, please then dry, flattened and bundled it with string or twine, at a maximum of 3 ft. x 2 ft. x 1ft.
- Clean materials before recycling. Make sure items are free of food, liquid, and residue before placing them in the blue bag for recycling.
